Introduction: A newly discovered COVID-19 is a communicable disease which is caused by corona virus. The corona virus disease 2019 pandemic has affected 100 million people in the worldwith just about 22,69,466 deaths occurred to date.In management of covid-19 Vitamin C has various physiological functions, many of which are includes immunomodulatory, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antithrombotic functions. In the systematic reviewwe reviewed the feasibility of accessible evidence on significance of nutrient C in treatment of patients with corona virus. Methods: To accessing the importance of vitamin C in patients with corona virus we taken already various research published article, meta-analysis,systematic review and randomized control trails on role of nutrient C. The web of science, pubmedand scopus were obtained and using specified search query. For producing the graph and plots weworking on R-studio application. Results: We were looking different wellsprings of role of vitamin and Coronavirus. The time frame from 2020-2021 an inquiry created found of 254 reports from 173 Sources (Journals, Books, article and so forth) the quantity of writers included 1477, Authors of single-composed archives were 17, multi-wrote records were 1460, writers per archive was 5.81and co-writers per archive was 6.26. The Collaboration Index and Average references per archive was 6.16 and5.6. Conclusion: In this article after finding of many article we evaluated the significance roles of vitamin C as a multiple functions of antiviral, antioxidant, and immunosuppressed. Although in the fight against corona virus there is currently no proof from completed randomized controlled trials to decisively and specifically indicate a role for vitamin supplementation. Some study has proved there is strong scientific evidence, builded on learning of vitamin physiology, pharmacology. Battle against this worldwide pandemic some clinical studies of ARDS and infection to preferable a role for vitamins C. ABSTRACT

BACKGROUND The major aim of this discussion is to spotlight the ageism that has appeared during the COVID-19. Here we discusses about how the older people are wrongly presented in our community and their less value in the society. During this pandemic, covid-19 was resulted into major cause of death for older adults.Ageism is generally seen in the western and developing societies and here, older people are seen with false beliefs and judgments. To overcome this, the health authorities should consider older adults to be an integral part of the population, they should not feel burdened by them. OBJECTIVE The article provides a review of the literature on behaviour and attitudes toward ageism and older adults in the world and discusses the facts and findings on the basis of the review of literature on ageing, age stereotypes, impact of ageism on older people as well as their link toculture and society. METHODS This review articles was published from June 2020 to January 2021 and indexed in the electronic databases Web of Science, PubMed, and WHO official website. Electronic searches were made with visual scanning of reference lists and hand searching of leading journals in the field of ageing and social gerontology. RESULTS During covid-19 pandemic, flexibility of old age should be adopted. Here the treatment should be depends upon chronological age as well as on values and preferences of people. An alternative framework must be established which shows the negative impact of the corona virus on the population. We must stop saying terms called social distancing and better call the best appropriate term such as physical distancing. In the social world, the major asset of emergency situations is intergenerational relation without this relation the life of older people become vulnerable. CONCLUSION In this article, advocates and public health researcher share their opinion about ageism, and try their efforts to reduce the perspective of people towards the older adults that appeared at the time of covid-19. This pandemic shows high mortality rates for older adults than younger adults. We cannot afford to be inattentive for the lost lives caused by ageist behaviour and attitudes. We need to think about of what will happen if we let ageism influence, and how thediscussion and treatment of old people affects during and after the pandemic. © The Electrochemical Society

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE-The greatest challenge of our time “corona virus pandemic” has turned out to be the major health crisis. Comprehensive strategies including face covers have been greatest tools to mitigate the virus spread. As a daily necessity face mask and face covers have proven to be the best personal protective tool. However, mass masking are we doing it right? METHOD- we performed a systematic review to dig the optimum distance for avoiding viral spread and estimate the consequences of mass masking in reducing the spread of SAR'S CoV2.as,we observed much less awareness for face coverings and mass masking in lay public. We searched CENTRAL, PubMed, CINAHL, Embase on 4th feb 2021.we searched clinical trials.gov. we also conducted backward and forward citation analysis on the newly included studies. RESULT-Main aim of this review article is to highlight the need for the use of respiratory protective covers to overcome the pandemic situation and promote required advisories. As there is, shortage of mask worldwide, enjoinder for rational utilization of mask is being issued. CONCLUSIONS- From our findings, we enlightened the details to alleviate the COVID19 virus spread in presymptomatic patient and mask wearing as an important intervention. Therefore, the ultimate objective of this article is to review available information to combat the COVID-19 pandemic. Standard precautions for AIRBORNE INFECTIONS: The appropriate respiratory protection is N95. In these scenario, respiratory Protector with certified filters like high efficiency particulate air {HEPA}, 99, 100 can be appropriate. © The Electrochemical Society

ABSTRACT

Coronavirus disease the pandemic, the novel disease started a year back. The disease started in China that infected more a million of people all over the world. As the disease started various trial and error methods also started alongside for treating the disease. There is a need to select the potential treatment which will effectively destroy the virus, and increase recovery and reduce case morbidity/mortality rate. There was no specific antiviral drug to treat the disease. Therefore, use of the existing drugs gives a good clinical option. Selecting the drug to be used is very difficult because their mechanisms of action of the drug and its interaction with disease and progression of SARS is unknown. This was the time when hydroxychloroquine was introduced in the treatment protocol of the disease. Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) the drug is been used since decades for treatment and prophylaxis for diseases like malaria. Various researches were carried out and are still ongoing to see the potential therapeutic treatment in preventing COVID-19. HCQ (Hydroxychloroquine) and CQ (chloroquine) are named as the “game-changers” for COVID-19. Present study is a review article carried out to see effect of hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) drug in treating patients of covid 19. © The Electrochemical Society

Covid-19 causes many death and abnormalities. mortality rate in covid-19 patient is low(1.4-2.3) but in diabetic patients have poor immune system and this a severe co-morbidity so mortality rate is high in Diabetic patients with covid-19. Diabetes mellitus refer as risk factor that arises with mortality and severity of covid-19 there's no absolute article and journals to direct the actual connection between diabetes mellitus and covid-19. So the aim of this study to sum up the confirmation About covid-19 and diabetes mellitus breakout all over a meta-analysis and systematic review. METHODS: A writing analysis was applied within detail of SCOPUS PUBMED, DIRECT SCIENCE, & SCIENCE related network. Monitoring analysis, studies of case- series and case reports on the diabetes mellitus in covid-19, were involved. RESULT: Some studies recommended such there are no notable differences in symptoms between diabetes mellitus with covid-19 and non-diabetic corona patients. In this patient acute Respiratory distress syndrome prognosis is poor. Death chances increase with age and seriousness of disease. Those people survive ARS. Some recover completely, while other Encounter lasting Damage of Lungs. Serious Manifestations and rate of death is higher between patients of diabetes mellitus and covid-19. In short this recommended the patient who suffering from diabetes or will be treated with H C Q antibiotics, anti- viral drugs. CONCLUSION: The analysis and the data of this study Convey such determinant condition of diabetes mellitus, which shows the high rate of mortality and severity among the patient who are suffering from covid-19 this article also provide us guidelines and criteria regarding diagnosis that can be convenient in the treatment and prevention of medical condition of the patient who is suffering from diabetes mellitus and covid-19. © The Electrochemical Society
